Advantages of Our Spiral Sand Washing Machine

Our spiral sand washing machine adopts thickened steel plate structure, which greatly improves the durability under continuous heavy-load working conditions. It features simple structure, easy maintenance and low failure rate. The adjustable overflow weir helps customers control sand cleaning effect according to different raw sand conditions. Widely used in quarry, sand plant, construction aggregate, and sand mining or artificial sand production projects.. SBFT Machinery can customize machine size according to your output requirement and site condition.

This on-site photo shows a working spiral sand washing machine in a quarry aggregate processing plant. The equipment purifies crushed sand by separating slurry, clay and fine dust to produce clean, high-quality sand for construction aggregates. It is widely used in quarries, mines and artificial sand making projects. Our spiral sand washer adopts a robust spiral structure with stable operation, low water consumption and long service life. It can efficiently remove mud and impurities from raw sand to meet strict standards of construction aggregates. Multiple models are available to match different processing capacities. We provide full pre-sales technical consultation, site layout planning and overseas after-sales support. Spiral Sand Washing Machine Working Principle

The spiral sand washing machine feeds raw sand mixed with mud and clay into a water tank. As the large spiral blade rotates slowly, it stirs and agitates the sand-water mixture continuously. Light mud, clay and fine impurities float up and flow out through the overflow outlet, while clean heavy sand sinks to the bottom. The rotating spiral pushes cleaned sand upward along the tank slope. During upward transportation, extra water drains away, and washed sand is discharged from the top discharge port. The whole washing process relies on mechanical stirring and gravity separation, no extra chemical additives required. This simple but reliable principle makes it ideal for continuous sand cleaning in aggregate production lines.

Main Features & Advantages

Our spiral sand washing machine is built with a thickened spiral shaft and wear-resistant lining plates, greatly extending service life. It runs smoothly with low noise and little maintenance work. Compared with other washers, it consumes less water and reduces your water cost. The simple structure makes installation and daily inspection fast and convenient. It handles large feeding volumes steadily and delivers consistent clean sand quality. We support customized tank sizes and spiral lengths for different site conditions. The sealed bearing structure protects key components from water and sand erosion, lowering breakdown risks. All these strengths help quarry owners achieve stable, low-cost sand washing operations.

Application Fields

This spiral sand washing machine serves many aggregate processing scenarios. It is most commonly applied in quarry crushing and sand production lines to wash crushed rock sand. It also works for artificial sand making projects, mine tailings treatment and river sand cleaning. Clients use it in highway construction aggregate plants, concrete batching plants and building material production bases. Whether your project is small-scale or large-capacity, this machine fits medium and coarse sand washing tasks. It adapts well to outdoor harsh working environments for long-time continuous running.
